It's the middle of winter, blah.
It's tech week of the one night event I'm doing at the theater.
Work is hectic, no time for creativity.
So cheer me up, bring a little sunshine to my day.

ReplyDeleteBunny and deer prints in the deep snow. A warm house. Coming home to my rosy cheeked husband who has just come in from cross country skiing. Coffee. Peaceful car rides to work. The smell peppermint. Fuzzy blankets. A bunny who always comes bounding out to see me when I open his cage in the evening.
These are things that are keeping me sane and happy on this chilly winters day! Miss you sister wife.
OMG work is crazy for me too right now. The home office is in CA and the time difference means I work until about 7pm on a normal night, and "staying late" means working until 9! Blech.
ReplyDeleteIn other news, I have a bunch of fun projects in mind, but I don't really have the motivation (or the time!) right now. But my one year blogiversary is coming up, so hopefully that will be exciting and fun and get me through this slow patch.
No real snow here yet and I'm super bummed. I really love snow. :-) We'll see though, I'm ever hopeful!
I like January - I am full of promise for the New Year - ideas sprouting everywhere without a thought about the time needed to complete them. Then comes February - the shortest month in days, but the longest in living it. The projects are now behind and the weather outside is cold and wet. Hey, wait just a minute I was supposed to be cheering you up!!! So sorry about that!

ReplyDeleteExercise, exercise, and classes start Monday. Will be planning some beach days so I can at least enjoy the sun while reading the required chapters for each week :D

ReplyDeleteArgh, work! It has been pretty plain here, too. The only thing "new" that's happening is that I screwed up the sim card of my cell phone and pretty much lost every phone number known to man. I guess that wasn't the kind of uplifting comment you were waiting for ;-)
